The service

The Miranda Method provides financial organization tools, educational coaching (including Miranda AI), Premium features, and digital Store modules/ebooks. Features may change as we improve the product.

Not professional advice

Content in the app, modules, and Miranda AI is for general education and organization only. It is not personalized legal, tax, credit, or investment advice. Confirm important decisions with a licensed professional in your state.

Accounts

• You must provide accurate account information.
• You are responsible for keeping your login secure.
• You must be at least 18 (or the age of majority where you live) to use paid features.

Subscriptions & purchases

Premium memberships renew according to the plan you choose until you cancel. Store modules are one-time purchases that unlock forever on your account unless refunded. Payments are processed by Stripe. Cancel Premium from your Profile billing portal (or contact us) before the next renewal to avoid future charges.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, including by:

• Attempting to break security or access other users’ data
• Uploading unlawful, harmful, or infringing content
• Reselling or redistributing module/ebook content without permission
• Abusing Miranda AI or free-tier limits with automated scraping

Intellectual property

The Miranda Method, AccountAble Financial branding, modules, worksheets, and app content are owned by us or our licensors. You receive a personal, non-transferable license to use purchased modules for your own use.

Disclaimers & liability

The service is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for decisions you make based on educational content in the app.

Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above.
